We want you to love your new sparkle, which is why Made You Look Jewellery offers a 30-day return window for all unworn pieces in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely place your jewellery in its original branded box and use a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
